Noah Barker was born and raised in Lugoff, South Carolina. As the son of a preschool teacher and a small business owner, he learned the value of hard work and helping others from a young age. A proud product of public schools, Noah graduated from Lugoff-Elgin High School and the University of South Carolina.
In 2022, Noah started Swamp Fox Strategies, a small business serving candidates and causes that improve the lives of South Carolinians. As a strategist, Noah has helped elect a diverse group of Democratic candidates committed to public service. He has championed community initiatives for environmental sustainability and workforce development, and helped pursue federal funding for transformational infrastructure projects. One project Noah is extremely proud of is the revitalization of Railroad Corner in Orangeburg, which will make the city a safer place for students and honors the city’s rich civil rights history.
Noah lives in Camden with his fiance Katie, where they are excited to start a family in the coming years. When Noah is not working (or campaigning), you can find him supporting Gamecock athletics, spending time with his family, hunting, traveling, or enjoying a night out (or in) with Katie.
